THis product has a level control that will help you a lot when installing a subwoofer and amp to your existing system. Many times Signal level is too low for subwoofer amp without level adjustment. This causes a problem, because main speakers play too loud and subwoofer level is not enough. With level control you can solve this problem and make your subwoofer loud enough!</p>
